Terms of Service
The terms that apply when accessing or using SignalDig websites, accounts, APIs, MCP capabilities and related services.
Last updated ·
These Terms of Service govern access to SignalDig websites, accounts, APIs, MCP capabilities, Agent Skills and related services. By accessing or using a service, you agree to these terms. If you use SignalDig for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and at least 16 years old. Account information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, session and API keys, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
Do not share private credentials publicly or circumvent account, usage, access or security controls.
Service scope
SignalDig provides tools for collecting, normalizing and interpreting external market observations. Outputs may include evidence, counter-evidence, confidence, limitations and suggested validation steps.
SignalDig output is informational. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, revenue or any other growth outcome. You remain responsible for decisions, published content and actions taken using the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use SignalDig to:
- violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or third-party terms;
- identify, track, profile, discriminate against or harass individuals;
- collect or expose passwords, authentication tokens, payment data or sensitive personal information;
- distribute malware, spam, deceptive content or automated abuse;
- bypass rate limits, security measures, access restrictions or provider controls;
- probe or disrupt infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access;
- resell, mirror or bulk redistribute the service or its outputs unless a written plan expressly permits it;
- misrepresent illustrative data as production evidence or present a SignalDig output as a guaranteed result.
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, the service or the public while suspected misuse is investigated.
Public data and third-party services
Market observations may depend on public websites, upstream data services, authentication providers and infrastructure vendors. Their content, availability and terms can change independently of SignalDig. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of an output is lawful and appropriate for your context.
Links and references do not imply endorsement. SignalDig is not responsible for third-party services or for content they change, remove or make unavailable.
Your content and feedback
You retain rights you already hold in prompts, configuration and other material you submit. You grant SignalDig the limited rights necessary to process that material to operate, secure and improve the service. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
SignalDig materials
The SignalDig service, branding, software and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership.
Separately published open-source Agent Skills and code are governed by the license included with the relevant repository. If an open-source license conflicts with these terms for that material, the open-source license controls.
Availability and changes
SignalDig is in early development. Features, endpoints, limits, availability and access conditions may change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue part of the service and will provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical. Preview and experimental features may be less reliable and may change without notice.
Fees and refunds
SignalDig does not currently offer a paid public plan through this website, so no separate refund policy applies. If paid services are introduced, pricing, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase and will supplement these terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, security risk, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, non-payment of future paid fees, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—will remain effective.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that external observations are complete, current or suitable for every decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalDig and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; if you paid nothing, the limit is zero except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
Governing terms and disputes
Applicable mandatory law governs regardless of these terms. Any non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected. Before bringing a formal claim, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue through the official support or legal contact route displayed by the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after revised terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the service.
